RxAdvance is seeking an innovative, intuitive, and results-driven individual to drive and support the improvement of RxAdvance’s collaborative cloud platform. The individual will analyze and understand the existing Collaborative PBM Cloud™ platform functionality and apply this understanding extensively through new client onboarding activities. He or she will identify enhancements of key features and functionality of the platform across different lines of business – Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand existing Collaborative PBM Cloud™ platform functionality, and apply

this understanding for new client onboarding activities

• Create and maintain user stories, wireframes, test cases, and defect catalogs
• As a member of the requirements gathering team, attend working sessions, interact with client personnel, gather and document requirements
• Monitor and review Medicaid, Medicare, and Exchange polices to ensure that the platform is compliant; If gaps are identified, work with technical and clinical teams to translate the state or federal regulations into configurable solutions
• Measure, track, and report results of projects and initiatives through close involvement with the Project Management team
• Contribute to daily SCRUM meetings
• Other responsibilities as required

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience
• Demonstrated track record of academic, professional, and personal success
• Fast learner with technology and online platforms
• Strong intellectual curiosity and an affinity for creativity
• Strong communication skills- speaks and writes clearly and to the point
• Effective organization and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Team player with a collaborative working style
• Bachelor’s degree (Major in business, technology, or health industry fields preferred)
• Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
