PMP Certification
Experience with VITA Procurement processes/regulations
Experience with VITA PMD project standards/requirements - including VITA PMD QR
Requirements Elicitation/Documentation/Analysis
Systems/Integration/UAT Testing - including planning, execution, resolution, reporting
