MxUnit Runner for Visual Studio Code

I had forgot to share this when I first made the extension - but anyway; I created a simple extension that will help you quickly run mxunit tests in visual studio code (it actually launches the browser and runs them).

and install it from the marketplace - it's called MxUnitRunner
