Eclipse freezes

I'm having a new issue.
I've created some test using the stub generator, and tried to call
them from Eclipse.
So, in the MXUnit tab, I search for the tests, but when I try to run
them Eclipse simply freezes, and I must kill it.
Is that known behaviour? Or, how can I diagnose the problem?
