WAS: MXUnit and BSOD

I finally tracked down the cause of the nasty BSODs, using Microsoft
Debugging Tools to analyze the minidumps.

It was ibmfilter.sys , contained in the "Rescue and Recovery" tool
from IBM, installed probably on all Thinkpads.

I've solved the problem by uninstalling the product, but there's
chance that a simple update would solve the issue too.

Looks like it's a well known problem as documented on Lenovo (who
acquired IBM Thinkpads):

The list of affected systems looks quite extensive!

I'm curious if this was the true issue with our PC's at work. We never had the issue till Altiris showed up but we also use thinkpads and happen to be on that list. I'll have to see if that piece of software is on our laptops as well. Anything is worth a try.
