How to solve error with github installation?

to mxmaps

First I execute:

devtools::install_github('diegovalle/mxmaps')

but the following error appears. Can you help me solve it?

ERROR: failed to lock directory ‘/home/ariel/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.6’ for modifying
Try removing ‘/home/ariel/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.6/00LOCK-isoband’
Error: Failed to install 'mxmaps' from GitHub:
  (converted from warning) installation of package ‘isoband’ had non-zero exit status

Hi Ariel, have you tried deleting the file /home/ariel/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.6/00LOCK-isoband dssdfsfd, you can do so by running the command:

rm -rf /home/ariel/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/3.6/00LOCK-isoband
