form within mxAjax Dialog

I tried to configure mxAjax mxTabPanel with mxDialog. it works
but ...
The mxDialog generat an dialog box but I want to load my personal
dialog box (a form). Is possbile to configure mxdialog to load for
exemple a form ?

It's like as in the tabs I generate result of query, and after click
on rows in tabs I need to block behinde and show a form , submit the
form and refresh the content tab.
