Hey guys,

Rahel just called me. She is wondering if she and a group of 30 migrant workers who are not students at MWTF can meet next Sunday at 11 (or maybe noon) to organize for a fundraiser for migrants who are in the hospital or in jail.

May and Sereen would that be possible?

They can as long as it doesn't interfere with the classes. Maybe ask Pauline if the cafe can be used?we unfortunately have been using all the rooms available and every Sunday we never know how many tables are available or sometimes how many students so we tend to improvise space every Sunday. 

So if the cafe can't be used they might have to figure out on the day when our classes start and what space they can use. If they start at 11. By 12 they have to keep in mind that we need to figure out space for class. 2pm is the best time since we finish classes and the can have all the space they want.
