Dear MWTF Coordinators,

Based on our meeting today with May, Rami, Karim and myself present we decided on the following:

1) ARM will fund coordinator position for MWTF Alt City

a) Position will be posted on Daleel Medine on last week of June and interviews will be conducted after Ramy returns from holiday on August 22.

b) Hiring committee will include Ramy who will ask questions and at least one other MWTF member for the candidate to pose questions. 

2) Sudanese Center will become an independent entity from MWTF. When May Habib chooses to longer coordinate she will find a replacement coordinator.

3) To ensure that this transition goes smoothly, we proposed the following deadlines:

Thursday, June  9 - Upload documents on Google docs

Job description - Ramy

MOU - Karim and Arcella

Rights and Responsibilities of Volunteers and Students - May

Tuesday, June 14 - Deadline to comment on ALL documents

Wednesday, June 17 - MWTF Meeting to finalize documents

Tuesday, June 23 -  1st ARM & MWTF Meeting

I can be the 2nd person who interviews the new coordinator for the position.
