Under the patronage and presence of H.E. the Minister of Public Health Mr. Wael Abou Faour, the Ministry of Public Health - in collaboration with the partners of the National Mental Health Program, WHO, UNICEF, and International Medical Corps- has the pleasure to invite you to the launching event of the National Strategy for Mental Health and Substance Use 2015-2020.
