Is anyone available on that day? Maybe we can share with the volunteers list and see if anyone is interested...

Dear NGOs and AUB “Community” Centers/Groups,

We are excited to announce that CCECS is hosting the “AUB 2015: NGO Conference and Exhibition” on April 29-30, 2015 at AUB, to which you are invited to participate in.

One of the conference’s key features is that it brings together over 100 local and international NGOs for a two-full day exhibition to promote their efforts, raise awareness on civic issues, and network with other civic groups. With this set up, AUB students get the chance to connect with local community organizations, learn more about prospective volunteering opportunities, and exchange views related to their field of expertise.

To reserve a booth for your NGO, we urge you to confirm your participation by filling the attached form and sending it back to cc...@aub.edu.lb no later than Tuesday March 31st, 2015. Booths will be allocated on a first come first serve basis starting from West Hall to Nicely Hall.

There will also be a special event taking place during the conference on Thursday April 30th at 7:00pm, “NGO Talks: Launching of New Projects” for NGOs to announce the launch their new projects. The event will be hosted by Ms. Ghida Majzoub from Future TV and will be covered by the media. Therefore, if you have a new project taking place after April 30th and wish to launch it at this event, kindly fill the attached form and send it to cc...@aub.edu.lb by Tuesday March 31st, 2015.

For further information, contact CCECS at extension 4430 or email cc...@aub.edu.lb. You are also welcome to visit the center in West Hall Basement B03.

We believe that your presence will strongly contribute to the success of this event!

Sincerely,

CCECS Team
