Roles of MWTF Coordinators

Hi Everyone,

So I just wanted to send this out on our roles mainly because I want to make sure that our roles are clear (I am personally still worried about the extent of my role at MWTF so having it in writing helps me).

The roles are based on either what we have currently been doing or what has been mentioned in the meeting. Please feel free to clarify your roles if need be! It's not perfect, nor do I intend it to be!

MWTF COORDINATOR ROLES

Omar Harfouch - MWTF Events Coordinator

- communicates with Pauline on all events related to MWTF

Arcella Urena - SCC Curriculum Development/Teacher Trainer

- Provide curriculum based resources to volunteers and students (purchase books for teachers, develop SCC library?)

- Assist teachers on teaching skills

- Screen volunteers

Seereen Iweir - AltCity On-Site Coordinator

- Administers assessments

- Organizes classes

May Habib - AltCity Support Coordinator

- Assist in developing curriculum support for volunteers

- Support to on-site coordinator

- Facilitate activities for volunteers

- Recruit volunteers

May Habib - SCC On-Site Coordinator/Level 3 Teacher

- Recruit volunteers

- Ensure classes are running
