Not being able to make it

Hello guys,

I want to apologize terribly for not being able to make it today to our meeting.
My friend had an emergency and I have to cover for her at the ER tonight.

Please don't postpone the meeting. I know that May and Ramy know already how I feel about this issue. If Karim or anyone else is serious about taking over the coordinator slot than I think we won't need to work on including MWTF under ARM.

I think this meeting is long overdue and should take place as I am leaving beginning of July and if we decide on having an MoU with ARM we should start drafting now, as we are already late, if we expect ARM possibly to recruit/interview a coordinator as I would have to initiate that..

I learned today that my flight has been pushed back, my parents decided to go back to Saudi a day earlier :/ 

Therefore I won't be able to make it to the meeting.

I think my opinion on the topic is clear, and that should you go on with the meeting as planned May can represent the Altcity point of view.

I will be available at 5pm tonight but tomorrow I am only available from 2 until 6:30 and I can't leave hamra since I will have to return for a meeting at 6:30 and there will be too much traffic.

Alright. I will meet tonight with whoever comes and send their input. People who did not make it can add their input online. Then we can have a final meeting tomorrow or whenever.

Let's have the meeting at 5:30PM for I had a work emergency that I need to attend to. I already informed Karim. Sorry for the hassle.
