Hey everyone,

I got a call from Sarah from Kafa asking me if we will join the march thus year.
What are our plans?
The march is going to be held in the first Sunday of May. It will start at Dawra going through the Ras el nabe' road towards Jemmayze (from what I understood at one of the meetings at MCC). For more accurate info check the previous email that I sent two days ago.

So what is it gona be? Are we going to stop classes on that day for the march?

In my opinion,yes, It's the parade, everyone should have the opportunity to go and we should inform our students about it and encourage them to go.

Its on the same Sunday Catharsis is providing their rehearsal for their "beneficiaries" - I presume that is their decision right? Wether to cancel their rehearsal or not for the Migrant Parade...

Yes of course. That is independent from classes.

I think Catharsis should know about the march taking place. This year's route will not be from Dawra but there will be buses taking ppl from Dawra. The march will start from the union in wata el mseitbeh (near cola) and then to Hamra to the parking lot near AltCity for the Market

Yeah sure. They will definitely know especially since we will not be holding classes then but catharsis will decide if their 'beneficiaries' can go or not due to rehearsals from what I understand.
