Volunteer Meeting about ARM

Hey you guys,

So now that the migrant workers parade is over. 

I want to touch base on when we can have this meeting with MWTF volunteers about ARM. In this case we will invite Ramy to answer any questions they might have about the "take-over" and provide a discussion and some clarifications.

When would be the best time to have this meeting?

Hey May!

I think part of why some of the volunteers are scared about this is because they think ARM is "taking over". It's great to have a meeting with them and discuss everything.

How about Thursday at 7PM at MCC?

Yeah let's just go for it. We should maybe also consider the availability of the volunteers. It would be useless to set a date and have no one come again.
I suggest we make sure of the availability of key volunteers first (on the top of my head Karim, Ibrahim, Bassam, the coordinator of French classes) and then find a common date with them.
Later on we can send that to the list. I can check with Ibrahim but don't have much contact with Karim... May what do you think?

I could do that. I think the coordinator of the french classes is not in the country this week. So how about I send out an email to them specifically asking them when would be the best time to meet?
