So one of the volunteers helped coordinate an info session with MEPI for MWTF. They proposed a date. It's nothing major but a good way to let other people interested in volunteering know about us. Anyone interested in pitching in? Omar maybe you might like to be there to talk about the possibility of computer classes?

Hope all is well with you. Apologies (again) but it has been a very crazy past three days (family medical emergency, just got back into the office).

In all cases: Thursday would work fine after 5 for most MEPI - TL scholars. Shall I send out the announcement setting the time from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.? Would that work fine by you?

I have consulted with the rest of the coordinators who might be interested in being a part of the info session and I have three of us attending:

Omar Harfouch - Coordinator of Computer Classes, Coordinator of Events

May Habib (me) - Co-coordinator of English Classes at AltCity and Sudanese Cultural Center

Seereen Iweir - Co-coordinator of English Classes at AltCity

I am considering it would be great to have a current MEPI volunteer teacher to also provide her experience during the session, I know there are a few who have been doing this for a while!

That being said, would it be possible to have the session on Thursday instead after 5 pm? Omar would not be able to make it on Wednesday.
