Chicago Games Information Band Zoom Call

Good Afternoon All,

            We will be having a Band Information Zoom Call this Sunday June 7th at 11:00 a.m. Central time.  ( 9:00 Pacific and 12:00 Eastern )  The Zoom invite is below.  We will be answering any questions you might have about the Chicago Games.  We ask that you limit one person per band on the call.  We can also answer any solo questions as well.  Hopefully this will help in clearing up any questions, problems or issues.  Please make sure you are aware of the playing requirements in the MWPBA.  Our rules can be found at http://www.MWPBA.org.  The band and solo orders of play will be out in a few days and will be available on our web site, Facebook group, and email.  The bands will be starting around 9:00 on Saturday with Grades 4 & 5.  Solos will also be starting around 9:00 on Friday.  We ask everyone to send a rep to the band meeting on Friday ( for Grades 4&5 and Saturday for Grades 3&2&1 ).  We will once again be using the audio adjudication for Chicago.
