Phishing Alert targeting some MWPBA members

Some of you may have received yet another blatant phishing email that appears to be from Jim Sim, this time on Operating and Administrative Expenses. Looks a little official, but it is a scam.

Always, always, always check the actual email address of the sender before taking any action on such an email, and especially do not follow any links or open any attachments.

In this case, you will see it came from <Jim Sim>mhain...@gmail.com as opposed to his regular email.

Note that this did not originate from the MWPBA and is not a result of any attack on mwpba.org, just some standard social engineering attack that is all too easy to execute.
