Chicago Games Update

Good Morning,

            Just as a final reminder that tomorrow Sunday May 31st is the ABSOLUTE deadline for the late entry for the Chicago Games.  Also, to let you know that ALL of the solo events will be on the Friday starting at around 9:00.  If you have already entered, either a band or a soloist, and you will now not be playing, please send an email to cont...@mwpba.org to let us know.  This will be a huge help with the scheduling.  The orders of play will be out in the next few days.  All bands will be on Saturday starting at about 9:00.  

            Band tents can be set up on Thursday allowing cars on the filed to drop off starting at 9:00 and then again on Friday but no cars allowed on the field for Friday.  Remember if you will have a tent there, please reach out to out of area bands to see if they could share your tent space.  We do have more room this year.  

            For those that are interested, there will be a large screen broadcast of the World Cup Game with Scotland at 8:00 on Saturday night in the entertainment building.  

            We will be having a Zoom Call the week before the Games for anyone that is interested in getting updated info or has any questions.  Please limit this to one band rep per band.  More to follow.....
