Please take a few minutes prior to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to:

1) download and read the minutes from the 2024 AGM.  Approving the minutes from the prior year's meeting is our first order of business, and it saves a lot of time if you've read it beforehand rather than having us read it out at the meeting itself.

2) download and the 2025 Agenda and have it ready for Saturday's meeting.

Both of these files are on the top article at mwpba.org. The downloadable agenda does not contain the financials; I will cover the details during the meeting.
