Good Morning,

Attached here is the Massed Bands information. Only 1 massed band performance. The NEW MASSED BAND SCORES will be played in the massed bands. Please come to the mandatory band meeting at 8:45 on Saturday morning at the MWPBA Tent for all of the details of the day. Band set up is just passed the main gate again as it has been in the past. You can set up your tents anytime after 2:00 on Friday. This will be another busy weekend so please be on time. All of the names on your band rosters as well as solo players names will be on the participant list for piping at the Main Gate on Pierce Road. Safe travels to everyone....

Hi All,

We have been asked a lot of questions about band set up and gate entry. Bands can start to set up their tents etc, after 2:00 on Friday afternoon. All of the soloists and band rostered people's names will be on a list at the Main Gate for entry. No tickets are issued. Safe travels to everyone.....
