Here is the Agenda, 2021 Minutes, reports & proposals for the 2022 MWPBA AGM to be held Saturday, November 5 at the Caledonia Senior Living & Memory Care facility at 2800 Des Plaines Ave., North Riverside, IL.  Please do not enter through the main entrance in the front; walk around the right side of the building as you face it, and proceed down to the rear entrance.  The meeting starts at 1:00 p.m. CDT.

Please read the 2021 minutes in advance of the meeting, as they will not be read during the meeting.  This is done to conserve everyone's time as there are never objections to the previous year's minutes, but they do need to be accepted per Robert's Rules of order.  All other items will be read and discussed during the meeting.  The financial report will be handed out at the meeting, and is not included in this packet.
