Mini Band Entry Form

Good Afternoon,          Attached is the entry form for Mini Bands on April 28th.  We are at a new location this year.  All of the information is on the web site.  The doors open at 11:00 am and the contest will start around 1:00 pm depending on the entry.  We will be a part of a large show so it should be good.  Tune up rooms will be provided.  Entries are due by April 14th.  I hope to see you all there.   Jim Sim
