Winter Schedule

[MW Little League]

Attached, please find the schedule of events for the Monroe Woodbury Little League, Winter 2007.

 

Please remember that all of our winter clinics are included with your spring registration and no additional fees are required.  Since they are indoors in the gym, sneakers, not cleats are to be worn.  Players should also bring a glove.

 

Finally, you'll notice one additional change to this year's agenda.  We are requiring that all 8 and 9 year old players appear for an evaluation tryout on January 7th.  Previously, this activity was limited to just the 9's.  We have restructured our league just a little and our intent is to have both 8- and 9- year old players in both the Minors and Instructional Leagues.  This evaluation will allow our instructors to balance the teams as well as ensure that proper level of instruction is afforded to our players before exposing them to competitive baseball.

 

As with all things related to age and little league, your child's little league age for the spring 2007 season is determined by his age on May 1, 2007.
