Images in title page

Hello,
Is there anyhow to add an image in the 1st page (the title page) in
footer and header full stretched (width) and without that hr bar in
the footer? I tried it a lot, i'm able to see the footer image, but
not the header image, and I'm not able to remove that HR and put the
image to full page witdth.
Can anyone give me some tips about this issue? :D
I managed adding the header and footer of my other pages without any
problem, but this one, with title page, remains a challenge for me.
