"Labeled Section Transclusion" extension not compatible?

Sections that are transcluded into a page using the Labeled Section Transclusion extension do not show up in downloaded PDFs or ODTs. Is it possible to make that happen?

I believe I have fixed this problem by loading the Labeled Section
Transclusion extension before Collection in LocalSettings.php.

We have been discussing this issue in Wikibooks recently, where we are
wondering whether to install LST, but we would need it to be
compatible with the Collection extension.

I don't think there's anything special about my configuration for these two extensions -- I haven't hacked them at all. I just made sure that Collection loads after LST in LocalSettings.php. I think you should be fine, but maybe test the section inclusion process on a couple of sandbox pages before announcing it site-wide.
