Print errors when using Adobe Acrobat/Reader

I get errors when I print or save some PDF documents using Adobe
Acrobat/Reader, these were rendered from our Wiki using mwlib-0.13.1
and mwlib.rl-0.12.10, this is running on ubuntu 10.04, I have
followed the instructions from the pediapress site and all seems to be
working well other than the printing issues. I have been able to print
successfully using other PDF clients such as Foxit Reader.


Adobe throws these errors:
"The document could not be printed." Immediately followed by "There
were no pages selected to print."

While analyzing the document using the 'Preflight' tool in Acrobat Pro
9 I found an issue reported by 'Report PDF Syntax Issues' . "The
array element at index 0 is of incorrect type."

I was able to track down the offending page and export the contents
but still could not save or print the page.
