Table of contents and bookmarks together

Hello!
When I install pdftk for table of contents creation, the bookmarks
disappear.
How I can make Table and Contents and bookmarks to work together?

And another question about TOC:
How I can make links in with TOC records on appropriate places in PDF
document

Unfortunately this does not work at the moment. You can only have one or
the other. See: http://code.pediapress.com/wiki/ticket/675

Did you consider using TableOfContents flowable of reportlab for this
purpose?
