Kitalo inho Bana ekya Eng.Patrick Balamu Bisuti. The Mwiri Old Boys Association(MOBA) joins the family, the basoga community and indeed the country at large in mourning Patrick's death.Patrick was in Mwiri from 1965-1970 and has been a full participatory member of MOBA.

A very affable and amiable person and we as MOBA shall certainly miss him not just for the fun he brought at our events but also for the technical contribution he gave as a professional engineer.

May his soul rest in peace.

Dear OB's.

The funeral arrangements for Eng.Balamu Bisuti as received are as follows:
 1. Friday 11:00am 1st November, there will be a funeral service at St John's Church, Entebbe, followed by an overnight wake (Olumbe) at the deceased's home in Entebbe
 2. Saturday 1:00pm,2nd Nov; There will be a funeral service at Christ Cathedral,Bugembe, and then followed by a wake in Wanyange Hill village. (You access this from Wanyange TTC towards the old Saaza HQ and take the road to Bugembe, or through Bugembe using Katende road, (the road to the Busoga Lukiiko) and turn off right at the point where there is a transformer towards Kakira. NB the last turn off on the Wanyange Girls School road. The characteristic signage for the deceased's home in Wanyange is a small tarmac road tha slides off the two accesses.
 3. Burial starts at 11am on Sunday 2nd Nov. at Wanyange Hill village.

Regards,

Robert.

In this darkest moment of our life, we pray to the Lord (the chief comforter) to strength the family of the deceased, Mwiri Alumni, and friends. Indeed we have been disarmed of an accomplished Engineer - not long ago we lost Senior Counsel John Magezi!
May his soul rest in peace

Dear Mwirians,

Ban nga that is terrible! These murders of elites and rich people by hit squads appear to be getting out of hand! That is a very stupid, useless and an uncalled for way of settling differences by non-believers. They should always just pray because God can turn their misfortunes into fortunes. By murdering, one ruins all his/her fortunes and chances of forgiveness before God, while alive and in death too! From the many story versions circulating in town, the murder has left us scared - especially those of us who must step on people’s toes as we do official work! I hope the long arm of the law will get the thugs.
