This is to notify you that the 2013 MOBA-AGM will be held at the School Campus, on Saturday 27 April, 2013; starting 10:00am.

 

Proposed Agenda:

1. Opening of Meeting and welcome Remarks from Chair;

2. Apologies;

3. Adoption of the Agenda;

4. Review of Previous Minutes and Matters Arising;

5. Presentation and Adoption of Annual Report;

6. Presentation and Adoption of Treasurer’s report;

7. Appointment of Auditors;

8. Appointment of Patron;

9. Amendment of Constitution;

10. Election of New Executive Members;

11. AOB; as previously submitted to Honorary Secretary

12. Adjournment and Closure.

 

Please inform others, as we look forward to this great reunion.

Thanks for the invite. There is really a lot that needs to be done if we have to reclaim our rightful position. In my view, its unusual to have apologies as as an agenda item.

Indeed, we ought to do alot, that's why we really need you on board. About the apologies as an item on the agenda, I believe the proposed agenda will be adopted with amendments.

Actually, I am impressed that we're. creating more time for the current students (esp. candidates), to entirely concentrate on their academics in their 3rd. term.
