I have uploaded a draft document (portal data v1.1.doc) that contains
a list of approximately 100 data layers that could be viewed in the
portal. The spreadsheets shows:
- columns representing a user (Agency)
- coloured squares depicting data to be viewed
- 'crosses' (X) being data supplied by the user

You are most welcome to add to the spreadsheet your Agency's data
requirements.
