Proposed spring schedule and conference vote

MWCCC,

Below is a proposed schedule for the spring MWCCC road season. As we have done in the past, there will be a vote to approve the schedule. More information on that is below. This schedule includes all promoters who submitted a final proposal and all have given it their okay so I believe it is a fair schedule.

One new feature to the schedule is a dual-conference race that will be part of both the MWCCC and NCCCC calendars. It is timed to coincide with many spring breaks and the intention is that people traveling for break can try to route their trips to swing by the race. Schools from the NCCCC plan to give it a go and I'm hoping the MWCCC schools can show up in force and show what great racing we have in this conference!

Spring 2012 Road Schedule:
February 25/26 Lindsey Wilson
March 3/4 Mizzou
March 17/18 Lindenwood (also part of NCCCC season)
March 24/25 Ohio State
March 31/April 1 Michigan/Michigan State
April 7 Marian (with Easter April 8)
April 14/15 Purdue
April 21/22 Notre Dame (Regionals)

The approval vote will be from now until January 15. Each school's club can vote once and in the event of a tie, I will cast the tie-breaking vote. To vote, reply to this message (sending the reply just to me) with your vote and what school you represent. If you do not send it as a reply to this, I might miss it when counting votes. If you have comments you want to share with the conference, send it to the conference list or send it to me to pass on if you want it to be anonymous.
