I have been rather lenient this season with number placement but after the past two weekends I feel I have been taken advantage of. We supplied every rider this season with 2 numbers (1 for each side of the jersey). Please make sure that you are wearing the numbers that are issued to you so results are correct. The following incidents will result in you being pulled from the start line and asked to get a new bib number if you are not wearing the MWCCC issued race bib. If you are asked to step away from the start line you will risk missing your start at your own risk.
1. You are not wearing both number (1 on each side not on the pockets of your jersey or back)
2. You are wearing the numbers vertically on your back pockets. I do not have an overhead camera and if I can not see your numbers I will just skip over you in the results.
3. You are wearing a bib number that you have written in Pen. Camera can not pick this up and I am not going to try and guess your number.
4. If you were given a second or third number this season for the same category please race in the newer number.
5. If you are wearing a number in the square of your back.
Any questions please feel free to direct them towards me. I am tired of trying to hunt down riders to verify numbers because I can not see them fully on the camera. Thanks.
