A very good Cambodian friend of my received the attached email.

She was very happy and nearly deposited the money ($880) on the Western Union account.

 

This email is a FRAUD, it's just to make money an has nothing to do with USA Green Card policy. If you have received an email like my friend, or you know people who did, please report it to:
