Toolbox has the concept of the ALLBP. The defaults record has what
the files are to be included into the list ALLBP.
When you type ALLBP, it creates the list.
It has been a real pain finding code that is globally cataloged. You
come into a system and you are not familiar with where things are
located and a program that you are working on calls a subroutine. You
have no idea where on the system that subroutine is located at.
The new feature in Toolbox is that if it cannot find it in the VOC/MD
and determine where the source is, it will look in the ALLBP list and
find it there and take you to the code.
