Dear all,

After extensively reading the amazing tutorials associated with the toolbox (thanks!), I just ran my first MVP analyses on 10 subjects (4 runs each), using a whole-brain mask. It seemed to work properly. Now, I would like to average the performance of my classifier across all runs, then across all subjects, and to project the results on a brain template. Following the "ebc" tutorial, I managed to average some of the fields from the "results" matrix, but the result cannot be visualized on a standard map (for that it seems that I need to average the "subj" matrix instead). How shall I proceed? I'm using SPM but I'll be willing to switch to AFNI if needed.

Thanks for your help,
Sophie

Hi Sophie,

From memory, you need to 1) create a pattern which contains a value for each voxel (your overlay) which you can then 2) plot on top of an anatomical underlay.

I can't remember if interpret_weights.m is an old script that got superseded, but you might also find some clues in that.

Good luck!
