about EBC data in the MVPA toolbox website

hi,
While using the MVPA toolbox,I downloaded the preprocessed EBC dataset which contains a .mat file named 'wholebrain' (64*64*34).I wish to receive access to the mask of 2006 EBC data of .nii format for research purpose.Can you send me it?

Minazhi,

Unfortunately we only have the data as supplied by the EBC competition (I believe this to be the raw data they furnished for the competition). The .mat format in question here would be a standard matlab .mat file. While I can't guarantee it will work, scipy includes a tool for importing this data directly into python that you may find useful: https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/tutorial/io.html, or you could load the file up in octave to transform into a more digestible format if you don't have access to Matlab directly.
