Hi Everyone,

I just started using Princeton MVPA on my data. I have a problem while running the convolve_regressors_afni step. The error I got is as follows:

Error using convolve_regressors_afni>call_waver (line 281)
Waver call status = 127, response: /bin/bash: waver: command not found

Error in convolve_regressors_afni>convolve_regressors_afni_onerun (line 205)
  [shell_command infile outfile shell_response] = call_waver(currun,curcond,condvec,old_regsname,args);

Error in convolve_regressors_afni (line 126)
  [thisregs_conv created] = convolve_regressors_afni_onerun(r,thisregs,old_regsname,args,created);

I have already added afni's library into matlab and set all the afni's path to Matlab.

I have afni's and waver working on csh shell, would it be the cause of the error because MATLAB works on bash?

I really appreciate it if anyone could help me.

Thank you so  much.

       Regards,
               Sahar

Feed in the location of 'waver' with the AFNI_LOCATION optional parameter. Matlab seems to deal with paths in a weird way (i.e. distinct from bash), so it doesn't know where to look for 'waver.'
