Questions for MVPA

Dear ,

   I'm interested in the multi-voxel pattern analysis of fMRI data, and find the MVPA toolbox useful for classification. I hope to try 3dDeconvolve for feature selection,but I've got a question here. My data are .hdr/.img files which were preprocessed by spm8, while the 3dDeconvolve functionality is based on AFNI and use .brik files.  I'm wondering how to achieve the data transformation or is there any easy way to help use the hdr/img data after spm8's preprocessing.
