Hi there,

I was wondering what the current status is on using the Princeton MVPA
toolbox with Brain Voyager? Are there any limitations in using the
toolbox for fMRI data that has been analysed in BV and if so, what are
they? I am very interested in using this toolbox with BV as I would
prefer to use a Matlab-based toolbox over the other toolboxes
available.

I look forward to hearing your response.

Cheers,
Claire

Claire,
While a BV import script does exist it is not considered 'supported'
in the sense that the Afni and ANA/nifti handlers are. You are
welcome to use it, but as with all software open or not, use at your
own risk.
