Hi,

I'm working on openfmri dataset(ds000105), I applied fsl5.0-bet on *.nii.gz files to extract the voxels, my question is how to extract the features(i.e. the best voxels) to train a classifier on this dataset, also how can I convert the *.nii.gz dataset to the same dataset you used in your tutorial?
