Sneak Preview MVP4G2

During the last months I spent some time working on the next version of mvp4g.

The next version of mvp4g uses APT and Elemental 2 instead of GWT generators and widgets, has no dependencies on GWT anymore and will - hopefully - work with J2CL and GWT 3.

History and event firing already works. More features ill follow.

The next version will be called mvp4g2 and is available at GitHub:

Please, keep in mind, this is a early better. There are missing a lot of features, some things has to change (because of APT) and the validation is - at the moment - poor.
