Veteran Volunteer Opportunity

If you will be in the L.A. area in July/August, there is a great
volunteer opportunity for you! The UCLA Volunteer Center has added a
community service component to UCLA's freshman orientation. This
summer, incoming freshmen will spend time during their campus tour
putting together care packages for U.S. soldiers. To make this a
richer experience, alumni are being sought out to spend the afternoon
sharing their UCLA and military experience with these new students.
