This document is a Work Paper Template for Statutory Audit of Bank Branches for the year ended March 31, 2021 and is aligned to the latest LFAR as released by RBI. The new LFAR
introduced for 2020-21 branch audits covers a much larger scope and
includes newer aspects such as detailed indication of samples verified,
Fraud Risk Controls, specific comments on other Audits undergone by the
branch and a host of other matters on which specific responses are
required.
This
is an indicative document which seeks to provide a comprehensive
approach to managing and mitigating the Audit Risk. This has been
prepared on a best effort basis and user discretion is recommended
