Next week Life Group Weds 7-9 at Jenn's house again

Good afternoon life group. A few housekeeping points for today.

For those who were not able to make it last night here is a little recap: last night we discussed some of the things that can "hinder" us as a group from forming a lasting and meaningful life group. We went through some of the questions that can come up if there is a conflict in the group. Some of the questions we addressed were, what happens if someone discloses information that you told them in confidence?, and what if you disagree with someones perspective on a topic? Definitely important questions for our group!! Please if anyone has further questions on this topic please bring it to the next meeting. We had a small group last night and so I feel like we might need to follow up on this.

For next week we are discussing commitment. Yikes, another important topic. The curriculum wants us to think about what we as a group want to commit to. So for this week keep that in mind and read over the material for Week 3 (I attached the curriculum). So that being said its really important for everyone to be there if possible. If you can't make it this week please let me know so I can fill you in on what happens and get your prayer request.

Meeting time/place: we are meeting at Jenn's house again on Wednesday from 7-9. Her address and directions are attached.

 

Google group, if you haven't accepted the google groups invitation please do so. This is how we can all e-mail each other and stay connected. Those of you who haven't yet accepted will get another invite. If you want to e-mail the whole group you can use the email address below. I am still working on getting the girls and guys group up and running so for now this e-mail is to everyone in the group.

Lastly, if you no longer want to be in this group or on the list please just shoot me an e-mail. Since this week is on commitment we would like to get a "final head count" of the group.
