Our Guru Vethathiri Maharishi , after years of intensive research, has systematized a series of simplified exercises that are suitable for all age of the people. It improves the immunity system, Blood circulatory Systems, Nervous System and Breathing System, thereby achieving very health Physical body. The exercises taught are:

Hand Exercises:

  • Hands and shoulders are strengthened by simple rotation and stretches.
  • Helps to cure and reduce Arthritis pain in the Joints. Improves Blood circulation and treats the numbness and trembling of hands,
  • During the Hand Exercise, specific stretching and breathing is taught, which increase the lung functions.

Leg Exercises:

  • Regulates the blood flow to all parts of the Leg.
  • Is curative and preventive for sciatica and arthritis.

Breathing Exercises:
