yeah like the last time we all could chip in and also different people
would have connection with different vendors so we shall arrange for
their contributions. but main thing shall be we all should work and
try to get sponsor ship. as our last effort was very successful there
is high chances that we get good sponsorship this time provided that
we work on them at an early stage.
when we know what would be the costs for different portions of this
event then i shall willingly personally sponsor certain things.
another thing is that i think we still would have two salaries before
the event so lets open up a fund we all contribute at 2 different
occasions.
hows that sound

lets first think of the things we could do in the party/what we must have in the party, then we can estimate the amount of money we need. and work on getting the sponsorship. so guys give ur ideas on the group and invite more ppl who can help/who will want to help in the party/anyone who's intrested...we'l make a short list of all the idea's and pick out the best of em.

@Ahmed Nashith The LED idea is geeky and nice. Would it be very hard
to do?

Ubuntu/Linux CDs is also cool.
So Whatelse.Can someone do some cool tricks on teh stage. like i
dunno. may be a dance (i am sure we have skilled guys here).
Or some nice hacks or mods.
Like mixed party with some other intresting stuffs in it.

Ya a place is very important... i still haven't seen a list of items
made.. we need an online to-do list... shafiu can u up a page with a
simple list and assignments.
Dancing is not a good idea... kinda hard to pull off... plus most of us have a sitting life..

checked out social center meeting room last night, it was good for a small party, the problem is are we having a HUGE party or just a small one like last time,(with more attendee's, need to let everyone know this time)
so tmrw night lets meetup for the discussions and lets decide on these things. dharubaaru ge is full whole month of june-chse exams....--
