D3 can tell you when the last date/time of execution was, as well as the
execution count, but it can't (AFAIK) show you the last actual line of
code.

From v9 forward, attrs 13-15 were execution date, time, and count.

I wrote a routine to do this, you have to capture the output from a vlist and locate the hex address to get to the database line.
