[Mod] Reminders about forum posting

Please take a few minutes to refresh your acquaintance with the notes about posting to this forum. They are pinned to the top of the forum: https://groups.google.com/d/forum/mvdbms

Summary:

- If you get forum posts in a digest in email, please do not respond from there. It looks awful to everyone else.

- Please eliminate anything from your post that is not relevant to your response. Just include relevant context. We've already seen the rest and can go back if desired.

- Specifically, if you get posts by email, please eliminate "you have received this email..." trailers and other artifacts from Google. It's not "content" that anyone wants to see.

- Conversely, please do provide some context in your replies, quote someone else or we may not understand what's on your mind.

- Finally, I thank everyone for using [AD] for ads. It's appropriate and works well. For those who do not like to see ads, just filter them out of your email feeds, and ignore them in the list of threads in the Google web page. Having said that, I think you'll miss a lot of lively discussion. :)

As a side note, don't forget that you can tag your postings when using the browser. It may help others to find topics of interest.
