== Details ==

* Telecommute position for maintenance and development of an older D3 legacy application.

* D3 7.5.7

* 70/30 maintenance vs. new development.

* Some very old/bad code.  You will feel pain

* 20 hrs/week (possibly more)

* 1 year duration (possibly more)

* Billing by hourly rate (Net 30 days)

== Minimum Requirements ==

* 5 years multivalue development experience

* 2 years D3 development experience

* 3 years contracting experience

* 1 year Git or Mercurial experience.

* Provide own development tools / environment

* Willing to sign a NDA and contract

* Able to invoice as an independent contrator in $US or $CAD

* Accept payment via wire transfer in $US or $CAD.

* Available via Instant Messaging (GoogleTalk network)

* Available via Skype for voice calls

* Located in a time zone GMT -4 to -8  (New York to LA)

* Available during business hours of your time zone (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm)

* Proficiency in spoken and written English

* PHP development experience

* Delphi development experience

* .Net development experience (C#, VB.Net, Prism)

* Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish

Just bumping this up for one more week.  

The position is still available, but those that have already applied are still being considered.
